Front Office Administrator

Madison is the welcoming face and voice of our Prairieville location, serving as the Front Office Admin and also managing the practice's digital presence as our Social Media Manager. With almost three years in dentistry, Madison has dedicated her entire career to Palm Family Dentistry, a practice she fell in love with after a simple cleaning appointment with Dr. Palm.

Madison's diverse responsibilities keep the office running smoothly, including scheduling patients for cleanings and dental work, establishing new patients, updating paperwork and charts, and managing communication with labs. She also runs our Facebook page and helps maintain our website.

What she loves most about her job is the supportive environment created by Dr. Palm, who "goes the extra mile to ensure the staff feels seen and appreciated." She finds that the entire team "works well together," making each day pleasant. This positivity extends to her interactions with patients, who she describes as "kind and a joy to talk to."

Madison's decision to join the dental field was driven by a desire to learn a new skill set and try something different. Although she can now make conversation with just about anyone, a fun fact is that for most of her life, she was actually very shy and found it difficult to talk to people!

Outside of the office, Madison has a unique passion: she works on a horse farm in the afternoons and on weekends. She loves spending time working with horses, teaching others proper grooming and care, and trail riding with friends. At home, she is a proud dog mom to five Dalmatians and one Husky, who she adores teaching new tricks. She also enjoys reading and singing along while her boyfriend plays his guitar in the evenings.
