Lynn is the friendly face and voice helping to manage the smooth operation of the front office at Palm Family Dentistry. She brings a wealth of life experience and over two years in the dental field to her role.

Lynn holds a Bachelor’s degree from SLU and gained her essential skills for the dental front office through on-the-job training. Her responsibilities are crucial to the patient experience and include verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and presenting treatment plans.

She finds her greatest satisfaction in seeing how happy patients are when they achieve a big smile transformation. Lynn enjoys working with her colleagues, noting that everyone on the team is knowledgeable and friendly. She loves having a caring boss who treats the team well and appreciates the kindness of the practice's patients.

Lynn's journey into the dental field was a happy accident; she received an opportunity to work in a dental office after her daughter graduated high school and found she enjoyed the work so much that she decided to make a career out of it. As a friend once told her, "I didn't choose dentistry, it chose me."

In her spare time, Lynn enjoys reading and traveling. She also has a unique and calming hobby: she loves to diamond paint. While she is professional and focused at work, a fun fact is that Lynn is very funny and loves to make people laugh—a side she shares generously with those she's closest to!
