Lexi

Front Office Administrator

Lexi is a Front Office Administrator at Palm Family Dentistry. She greets and checks out patients, schedules appointments, goes over treatment plans, corresponds with other dental practices, and makes sure every patient feels comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Lexi did not go to school for this role. Instead, she built her skills in the customer service industry, where she has worked since her first job at 16. She has been in the dental field since 2025.

Her favorite thing about Palm Family Dentistry is that everyone feels like family, from her coworkers to the patients. She loves getting to know patients better with every visit and building real relationships with them. The team is just as close, and they love to celebrate each other for any little occasion. Lexi even gets to work alongside people she loves, including her best friend Jaci, her cousin Shayla, and her sister Josie. Josie already worked at the practice and recommended Lexi for the job when she was looking to try something new.

When she is not at the office or working her second job as a server, Lexi loves to build Legos, go to concerts, and travel to new places. She is always up for an adventure and enjoys random side quests like goat yoga and skydiving.

Here is a fun fact about Lexi: she has dyed her hair over 30 times!
