Lauren's expertise lies in handling all things related to dental benefits. Her core responsibilities are to verify benefits and ensure that every claim and pre-authorization is run and processed smoothly.

What she loves most about her role is the chance to help patients feel at ease by taking care of the complex insurance work so that they can simply focus on their smiles. Having always enjoyed the field, Lauren finds great satisfaction in working with her colleagues, noting that the people she works with are what she loves most about her job.
