Josie

Dental Assistant

Josie is an energetic and essential member of the clinical team at Palm Family Dentistry. She received her professional training from the Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy. As a Dental Assistant, Josie’s primary role is to ensure the day runs smoothly by having everything orderly and set up, acting as a continuous set of helping hands for the doctors and hygienists. She was drawn to dentistry because she loves working hands-on and helping others.

For Josie, the best part of her job is making patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. She also genuinely enjoys the team environment, highlighting how much fun they have every day as her favorite thing about working at Palm Family Dentistry.

Outside of the office, Josie likes staying active and soaking up the sun. She also has a creative side, enjoying her hobby of being crafty and making things. A fun fact that may surprise patients is that Josie is quite strong—she used to be a powerlifter in high school!
