Dental Hygienist

Angela is a highly experienced and familiar face at Palm Family Dentistry. A Dental Hygienist since graduating from LSU School of Dentistry in 1994, Angela has dedicated a total of 31 years to the dental field. She is proud to say, "She's baacckkkk!" having worked for the former owner for 21 years and now back with Dr. Palm's team for the past couple of years.

As a clinician, Angela's responsibilities include seeing patients for cleanings, X-rays, periodontal care, and scalings. She brings a laid-back, easy-going, team-player attitude to the office every day.

What Angela loves most is the sense of community she finds in working and living close to the Prairieville office. Seeing familiar patients whom she's treated for years, along with the same coworkers she has known for so long, truly makes her feel like she's come "full circle." She feels incredibly fortunate to get to work with such a great group, including Dr. Palm (her "great boss"), her coworkers, and associates.

Angela was drawn to the dental field because she loved going to the dentist as a child and knew she wanted to be in health care. She preferred seeing "well patients" over sick ones and appreciated the no nights, no weekends schedule and flexibility the profession offered.

Outside of the office, Angela enjoys an active lifestyle, including traveling, tailgating, and cheering on LSU, and relaxing by her pool. She also has an entrepreneurial spirit, working with two health and wellness businesses as a pharmaceutical peptide telehealth representative and a skincare and supplement consultant.
