How can we help you?
At Palm Family Dentistry, we are your partners in achieving and maintaining optimum oral health. We know sometimes you will have questions about certain procedures or your oral health, and we welcome those questions.
We've compiled a list here of the questions we hear the most, but if yours is not answered here, you can always call our office and talk to our helpful and friendly staff.
Typically dental insurance covers most if not all of your routine preventative visits every six months. It's important to take advantage of this benefit and be diligent about your cleaning and checkups in order to monitor your oral health and avoid dental issues such as tooth decay and gum disease.

Dental insurances will usually cover a percentage of any restorative treatment you need up to your yearly maximum. You may also have a deductible to meet each year before your insurance pays for treatment. We understand that dental benefits may sometimes be confusing or hard to understand, so if you are unsure of what your dental insurance covers, our knowledgeable staff is always happy to review your benefits with you.
Give Palm Family Dentistry a call today to review your dental insurance, learn more about your coverage, and see how you can maximize your benefits. We're always happy to help you get the treatment you need and deserve.
Palm Family Dentistry is proud to work with CareCredit to offer our patients convenient and affordable payment plans. We don't ever want finances to keep our patients from getting the dental treatment they need with the quality they deserve, and CareCredit makes it easy with a quick decision and easy payment plans. Most plans give you 6 to 24 months to complete payments, and some plans even offer interest-free options for qualified patients.
We can help you apply for CareCredit in our office, or you can apply online at home. You will receive a quick response, which makes moving forward with your dental treatment easy. Talk with our staff members about how Care Credit can help you!
Dental Insurances Accepted
Dental insurance is a benefit that helps reduce the cost of dental treatment. Palm Family Dentistry accepts most major dental insurances, and we're in network with Aetna, Always Care, Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental, DentaMax, and Metlife. If you are unsure about what your dental benefits cover, contact our helpful insurance coordinator. We'll help you make the most of your benefits and get the treatment you need in a timely manner.
At Palm Family Dentistry, we understand your anxiety and fears, and we want you to know you are not alone. Millions of Americans feel the same way, and it often keeps them from getting much-needed dental care. That is why you'll get a judgment-free, caring environment when you choose Palm Family Dentistry for your dental care. Right away, you will notice Dr. Palm's passion for working with his patients and making them feel comfortable and at ease.
We strive to make every visit exceptional, and we're happy to meet with prospective patients for a short initial examination or consultation, which provides an opportunity to meet Dr. Palm and determine if our practice is the right fit.
Emergency Dental Appointments
We are also happy to welcome new emergency patients to Palm Family Dentistry. If you find yourself facing an emergency situation or feeling dental pain, we'll make very effort to see you the same day and get you feeling comfortable again.
Whether it is time for your next cleaning and checkup or you have a tooth in need of repair, Palm Family Dentistry can help you get the treatment you need.
Most dental procedures do not require you to miss work. Depending on the type of procedure you are having done, if a dental anesthetic was used, you may feel a bit numb for a short period afterward. This typically wears off shortly after your procedure, and Dr. Palm does his best to make it easy for you to resume your normal activities.
At Palm Family Dentistry, we focus on patient comfort, and you'll find that we have a lot of advanced equipment designed to make procedures more efficient, effective, and comfortable for our patients. For example, electric hand tools made of nickel titanium rather than stainless steel make root canals quicker and more comfortable, while our dental laser can make procedures such as dental fillings and periodontal therapy more precise with an accelerated healing time that our patients appreciate.
